AGM 2003 OR KOGI 2003 The AGM 2003 will tentatively hold from the 6th to the 9th of May 2003 at Lokoja. The venue of the conference is the Confluence Hotel in Lokoja. Call for technical paper are already on and participants are expected to submit their abstract to the National Secretariat. In an effort to avoid accomodation problem the host State has taken the initiative to book for all the available room in all the Hotels in Lokoja and pay for them in advance. Each State will in turn pay the host state as allocations are made.
CONFERENCE FEE The fees for the Conference this year is N9,000.00 and accompanying person attracts another N1000.00. However late payment will attract N10,000.00.
ATTENDANCE Members should not forget that attendance at the AGM attracts points just as MCPD does in considering members for elevation and admissions. An absentee at the AGM will also be surcharged one third of the conference fee.
SURVEYORS WIFES ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA The State branches of SWAN are expected to meet and articulate their prsentation at the AGM or showcase their program of activities in the past years and also the years ahead. This will show a sign of positive activities that are of benefit to the husbands.
